The alternative-rock five-piece outfit Kaiser Chiefs were formed in early 2003 in Leeds by vocalist Ricky Wilson, guitarist Andrew White, bassist Simon Rix, keyboardist Nick Baines and drummer Nick Hodgson.

The quintet has already made their presence felt with an impressive number of live gigs, including co-headlining shows with Kasabian and their debut single, Oh My God, entering the top 100 in UK chart. They recently made their US debut with the single I Predict A Riot, and have been tipped as a band to watch out for.
