Right off the back I have to say that I love the feel and colors of this site.  The colors of green, orange, white and blue and very easy on the eyes and they invite users to buy.  The site is very easy to maneuver with most of the most important events right on the front page of the site.  They also provide a calendar that outlines that events that are playing from day to day making very simple in the beginning to see what events a buyer could get at a moment’s notice. 

Viagogo also has multiple other sites in the US, Netherlands, Dutch and France with the default language of said sites.  That said the only thing that I am a little disappointed with concerning the site is when I went to see what tickets were available the wording for each ticket was/is in a very light green.  That made it a little difficult for me to see the wording at a glance.  I needed to get up close to the screen to see exactly what the wording was saying.

Aside from a difficulty in seeing a few listings, Viagogo has a very tightly run business.  With them buyers or sellers have a chance to buy or sell tickets on this site and they have a very good guauntee.  For the sellers they will collect the money and distribute the necessary funds to the ticket seller.  For the buyer that make sure that the tickets get to the ticket buyer on time for the show.  If for some reason the tickets don’t get to the buyer on time Viagogo will replace that ticket with a ticket of equal or better value as stated on there about me page. Payment is very easy with three ways of payment. All of which are very safe and have guarantees all of their own.  The buyer would be able to choose from using Paypal, VISA or Mastercard. All of these carriers have fraud protection that will get money back if fraud is involved in any transaction.

As for the tickets that they offer, they feature sports, Arts and Theater, concert, as well as exclusive tickets. Right now Nickelback Tickets are being featured in the Rock and Pop section. Nickelback Tickets are hard to come by these days as the group is very popular and their concerts usually sell out in the first week or two with the release of the Nickelback tickets. If Nickelback Tickets is the not the group for you don’t hesitate to take a look at all the other events that are available.
