Talking about HOT music Ne-Yo rips up the spot with his newest album "Year Of The Gentleman".  I believe Ne-Yo is one of those artist that has taken ques from the old school.  He is truely an artist that can sing and play too the audience.  If you have not heard Ne-Yo yet here is an example of his work.
